智慧气象平台实现技术初探——以重庆市渝北区气象局为例

Preliminary Study of Intelligent Meteorological Platform:A Case Study in Yubei Meteorological Bureau of Chongqing

气象服务与人们的工作、生活息息相关,也是保障经济社会发展的重要方面。在我国经济发展进入新常态的形势下,为了提高我国气象事业的整体水平,缩小与世界先进国家的差距,如期实现到2020年我国气象现代化的目标,必须大力发展智慧气象。针对重庆市渝北区气象局业务情况调研发现的问题,提出以气象大数据为基础,云计算为核心,“互联网+”技术为支撑,建立智慧气象平台,提高天气预报、气象灾害资料、设施设备监控、数据传输、气象预警以及移动办公等工作的效率,实现便捷、高效、协同、及时的服务效果。

Meteorological service is closely related to people’s work and life,and is important for economical and social development.Under the situation that China’s economic development has entered the new normal,it is necessary to vigorously develop intelligent meteorology in order to improve the overall level of China’s meteorological undertakings,narrow the gap between China and other advanced countries,and achieve the goal of China’s meteorological modernization by 2020 as scheduled.Aiming at the problems found in the business situation of Yubei Meteorological Bureau,this paper proposes a smart meteorological platform based on big data,cloud computing,and“Internet plus”technology.The efforts will greatly improve the efficiency of data and equipment management,and enhance the accuracy of weather forecast and early warning,so as to achieve convenient,efficient,coordinated and timely service.
