河南浓香型烟叶致香物质及风格成因研究进展

Research Advances on Aroma Substances and Style Cause of Strong Flavor Type Tobacco in Henan Area

河南烟区是我国浓香型烟叶的主要产区之一,但近年来存在着浓香型风格弱化的问题。从烤烟致香物质产生的主要途径出发,比较了河南与其他烟区烤烟致香物质及风格的差异,综述了省内各烟区的生态环境和烟叶致香物质及风格状况,指出气候和土壤生态的特异是形成河南浓香型烟叶风格的重要原因,并有针对性地提出恢复并发展河南浓香型烟叶生产的主要措施。

Henan tobacco-growing area is one of the major producing regions of strong flavor type tobacco in China,but there has been an issue of weak strong flavor type in recent years.Through analyzing the main pathway of the production of aroma substances in flue-cured tobacco,this paper compared the differences of tobacco aroma substances and style in Henan area and other areas,summarized the condition of ecological environment,tobacco aroma substances and style in all tobacco areas in Henan area,indicated that the ecological differences of climate and soil were important causes of the formation of tobacco strong flavor type in Henan area,and put forward pointedly the main measures in recovering and developing the production of strong flavor type tobacco in Henan area.
