摘要
2018年11月欧洲抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会(European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing,EUCAST)发布了血培养阳性瓶纸片法直接快速药敏试验(rapid antimicrobial susceptibility testing,RAST)的折点,给临床微生物实验室快速药敏试验标准化操作和结果解读提供了重要依据。本文就临床微生物和感染病工作者关注的血培养快速药敏的方法、质量控制、折点判读方面文件进行解读。
European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing(EUCAST)released the document of zone diameter breakpoints for rapid antimicrobial susceptibility testing(RAST)directly from blood culture bottles,which provides important basis for standardized operation and result interpretation of RAST in clinical microbiology laboratory.This article interpreted the methods,quality control and breakpoint interpretation of the RAST directly from blood culture.
