腹膜透析是终末期肾衰竭患者肾脏替代治疗的重要方式,腹膜间皮细胞损伤导致的腹膜超滤衰竭是导致腹透患者退出治疗的关键原因,近期大量研究表明氧化应激可参与调控腹膜间皮细胞损伤,而氧化应激损伤腹膜的机制尚未被阐述清楚。从腹膜间皮细胞特性、腹膜透析中腹膜间皮细胞的损伤机制、氧化应激是腹膜间皮细胞损伤的关键机制、腹膜间皮细胞氧化应激损伤保护进展、中药对腹膜间皮细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用等方面进行详细论述。
