某装配式建筑外墙渗漏综合分析治理

Comprehensively Analyze and Tackle of Exterior Wall Leakage of a Prefabricated Building

装配式建筑采用工厂预制构件、现场装配而成,因此存在较多构件间的水平、竖向接缝,易导致变形、开裂、渗漏。本文主要针对某装配式建筑的外墙渗漏原因进行分析,并提出综合治理方案,以说明装配式建筑设计中宜采用构造防水与材料防水相结合的方式,通过科学设计、合理选材、严谨施工,方可保证密封防水系统的可靠性。

Owing to prefabrication with many precast units, there are much more horizontal and vertical joints between units in prefabricated buildings which cause many problems often such as deformation, cracking and leaking. The article analyses causes for external wall leakage of a prefabricated building and puts forward a comprehensive way to deal with it. It is suitable to use structural waterproofing mixed with waterproofing material in the design thus the reliability of waterproofing system can be ensured.
