DQCT复合堵漏止水体系在桥隧通道缝隙堵漏中的应用

摘要 分析了桥隧通道缝隙渗漏病害的原因,详细阐述了DQCT材料复合堵漏体系的工作机理、材料性能及其在桥隧渗漏病害治理中的优势,并简介了已经发展成型的施工工艺。该体系采用聚酯纤维棉和丙烯酸盐凝胶体充满缝隙,形成三维空间的全充满完整弹性堵漏防水体系,具备良好的堵漏防水效果,且耐久性好。 This article analyses causes of cracks in bridge and tunnel channels,details working mechanism,material properties and advantages of DQCT composite plugging system in the treatment of bridge and tunnel leakage,and introduces the construction process that has been developed.This system uses polyester fiber cotton and acrylate gel to fill the gap and form a three-dimensional full-filled elastic waterproofing system,which has good sealing and waterproofing effect,as well as good durability.
