摘要 论文主要介绍一种基于机器视觉的非透明笔芯尾塞油高度快速检测技术,应用于笔芯自动化生产线上,检测非透明笔芯尾塞油高度位置是否合格。根据笔芯尾塞油高度不同,尾部拍摄图像具有不同程度的离焦模糊现象,利用清晰度评价函数对笔芯尾部图像的离焦模糊程度进行评估,实现对非透明笔芯尾塞油高度的自动检测。该方法应用于现有的笔芯流水生产线,具有自动化程度、检测快速准确的特点。有效解决了依靠人工视觉检测的效率低下、容易出错等问题。 This paper mainly introduces a rapid detection technology of the tail plug oil height of opaque pen core based on machine vision.It is applied to the automatic production line of the pen core to detect the qualification of the high position of the tail plug oil of the opaque pen core.According to the oil height of the tail plug of the pen,the filming image in the tail has different degree of defocus blurred phenomenon.The degree of defocus fuzziness of the tail image of the pen core is evaluated by the definition evaluation function to realize the automatic detection of the tail plug oil height of the opaque pen core.The method is applied to the existing production line of refill core,and has the characteristics of automation and fast and accurate detection.It effectively solves the problems of low efficiency,error prone and so on.
