摘要
机械式的油气回收气液比调节方式难以保持气液比稳定达标,为解决该问题,开发了基于反馈原理的气液比闭环调节系统。在加油过程对气液比进行实时监测,并控制变频真空泵的频率,使气液比值尽量趋于目标设定值。对开发的气液比闭环调节系统开展了现场测试,结果表明:设备能够显著降低气液比的波动性,显著提高了气液比的稳定性和合格率。
Comparing to that for regulation mode,it’s difficult to maintain air to liquid volume ratio stable for oil-gas recovery by mechanical mode in current condition.To solve this problem,feedback-based A/L ratio closed-loop regulation system is developed.By means of real time monitoring of A/L ratio and control of frequency of variable frequency vacuum pump,the A/L ratio is tending to be the target set value.The system of A/L ratio closed-loop regulation system is tested.The results indicate the volatility of A/L ratio significantly is decreased.The stability and qualified rate of A/L ratio are obviously improved.
