摘要
利用灰色系统理论、因子分析和回归分析对26个省市分公司工资分配的16个影响因素进行关联度分析,判断和预测各省市分配工资的合理性,获取地域差异下的工资分配总额主要影响因素,直观分析工资分配总额与相关数据信息之间相关性,微观透视各指标数据对工资分配总额的作用强度,建立工资分配总额与GDP、业务总收入和业务总成本等主要影响因子之间的定量函数关系。从经济学意义、计量经济学机理2个方面直观地分析了回归模型在趋势和理论上的可行性,验证了模型合理性与有效性,为企业人力资源管理提供智力支持。
Grey system theory,factor analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation degree of 16 influencing factors of wage distribution in 26 provinces and cities of state-owned enterprises.To judge and predict the rationality of the distribution of wages in various provinces and cities,obtain the main influencing factors of total wage distribution under regional differences,intuitively analyze the correlation between the total amount of wage distribution and relevant data information,microscopically examining the effect of each indicator data on the total amount of wage distribution,the quantitative function relationship between total wage distribution and GDP,total business income,total business cost and other major influencing factors was established.The trend and theoretical feasibility of regression model were analyzed from two aspects of economic significance and econometric mechanism,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the model,and provides intellectual support for enterprise human resource management.
