子宫内膜刺激术联合芬吗通治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕患者疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of endometrial stimulation combined with Fenmatong on patients with thin endometrial infertility

目的:观察子宫内膜刺激术、芬吗通联合治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕的临床效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年6月我院薄型子宫内膜不孕患者109例,按随机数字表法分观察组(n=55)、对照组(n=54)。对照组予以芬吗通治疗,观察组予以子宫内膜刺激术、芬吗通联合治疗。对比两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜分型、子宫内膜血流分型及妊娠率。结果:治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜分型均显著改善,且观察组子宫内膜厚度较对照组大,子宫内膜A型占比高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组子宫内膜血流分型优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率58.18%(32/55)较对照组37.04%(20/54)高(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜刺激术、芬吗通联合治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕能有效提高妊娠率,可能与子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜分型及血流分型得到有效改善有关。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of endometrial stimulation combined with Fenmatong in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility.Methods:109 cases of thin endometrial infertility in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=54).The control group was treated with Fenmatong,while the observation group was treated with endometrial stimulation and Fenmotong.The endometrial thickness,endometrial type,endometrial blood flow type and pregnancy rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness and endometrial classification of the two groups were significantly improved,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,and the proportion of endometrial A type was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate of the observation group was 58.18%(32/55),higher than that of the control group[37.04%(20/54)(P<0.05)].Conclusion:Endometrial stimulation combined with fenmatong can effectively improve the pregnancy rate in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility,which may be related to the effective improvement of endometrial thickness,endometrial classification and blood flow classification.
