围术期保温护理对全麻患者麻醉苏醒以及应激状况的影响

Effect of thermal preservation nursing on anesthesia andstress of patients during recovery period of general anesthesia

目的:分析围术期加强保温护理措施对全麻患者麻醉苏醒状况与应激状况的影响。方法:选取我院2015年3月至2018年2月收治的120例全麻手术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组行常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理基础上,加强保温措施。对比两组麻醉苏醒指标、应激指标情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者睁眼时间、拔管时间、麻醉苏醒观察时间更短(t=9.6326、10.1158、8.6259,P<0.05),CRP、AD、NE水平更低(t=8.9662、9.6326、8.9998,P<0.05)。结论:加强围术期保温护理措施有利于改善患者麻醉苏醒状况与应激反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative intensive heat preservation nursing measures on anesthesia recovery and stress status of general anesthesia patients.Methods:120 cases of general anesthesia patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were received by routine nursing intervention.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was strengthened by the thermal insulation measures.Then the anesthesia recovery index and stress index between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter eye opening time,extubation time and anesthesia recovery time(t=9.6326、10.1158、8.6259,P<0.05).The levels of CRP,AD and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=8.9662、9.6326、8.9998,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Strengthening perioperative heat preservation nursing measures is conducive to improving anesthesia recovery and stress response of patients.
