摘要
目的:探讨本科医学院校开展公共卫生执业医师实践技能培训的方法和模式,为提高医学教育水平提供参考。方法:以包头医学院公共卫生学院2014级预防医学专业1、2班学生为教学实施对象,以班级为单位分为两组,1班作为对照组(40人),2班作为实践技能培训组(40人)。培训结束后通过“二站式”方式考核,比较两组的考试成绩;同时以调查问卷形式调查学生对实践技能培训教学的满意度。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的及格率从22.5%提高到100%,有显著差异(P<0.01)。学生对实践技能培训教学普遍认可。结论:通过开展实践技能培训使学生接受并掌握了相关知识,为学生参加及顺利通过国家公共卫生执业医师考试增加了信心,也提高了预防医学生岗位任职能力。
Objective:To explore the methods and modes of practicing skills training for public health practitioners in undergraduate medical colleges and universities,so as to provide references for improving medical education level.Methods:Class 1 and 2 of preventive medicine major in School of Public Health of Baotou Medical College of in 2014 were selected as teaching objects.Class 1 was the control group(40 students),and class 2 was the practical skills training group(40 students).At the end of the training,two-step examination was adopted to compare the result of tests in the two groups.At the same time,a questionnaire was used to investigate students'satisfaction with practical skills training and teaching.Results:Compared with the control group,the passing rate of the experimental group increased from 22.5%to 100%,with significant difference(P<0.01).Practical skills training and teaching were generally approved by students.Conclusion:Practical skills training can make students accept and master relevant knowledge,increase students’confidence to participate in and pass the national public health practitioner examination smoothly,and improve the post competence of preventive medicine students.
