基于三维重建模型的增强现实技术在颅内病变术前定位中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的利用基于三维重建模型的增强现实(AR)技术进行颅内病变的术前精确定位,并评估其定位效果。方法选取24例拟接受开颅手术的颅内病变病人,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组12例,分别采用基于三维重建模型的AR技术及传统方法进行颅内病变术前定位,均采用常规方法开颅,通过与术中所见病变的实际位置对比,评估两种方法的定位准确度。结果研究组定位准确10例,较准确2例;对照组定位准确4例,较准确6例,不准确2例;两组定位准确度差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.310,P=0.001)。结论与传统定位相比,基于三维重建模型的AR技术能提高颅内病变术前定位准确度,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To accurately locate the intracranial lesions by augmented reality(AR)technique based on the three-dimensional reconstruction model,and assess the location effect.Methods Twenty-four patients with intracranial lesions were chose to receive craniotomy,and randomly and equally divided into the research group and the control group.AR technique based on the three-dimensional reconstruction model was used to locate the intracranial lesions in the research group,and routine craniotomy in the control group.The location accuracies of the two method were evaluated by comparing with the real location of lesions during the operation.Results Accurate location was achieved in 10 patients and relatively accurate location in 2 in the research group.While accurate location was achieved in 4 patients,relatively accurate location in 6 and imprecise location in 2 in the control group.There was statistically significant difference in location accuracy between the two groups(Z=-3.310,P=0.001).Conclusion Compared with the routine location method,AR technique based on the three-dimensional reconstruction model can increase the location accuracy of intracranial lesions before the operation,and shows a certain clinical application value.
