摘要 生态产品可分为三类:物质产品、调节服务产品和文化服务产品。物质产品的价值相对容易确定,可根据物质产品收入价格和数量的函数来评估该产品的市场价值。而调节服务产品与文化产品往往缺乏市场价格,其价值可由人们为特定服务支付的费用确定,即从相关的实际购买中确定价值。生态产品价值实现需要遵循政府主导、企业和社会各界参与、市场化运作、可持续的生态产品价值实现路径。在实践中将生态产品作为某一经济类型的促进者或者说价值增加者,更容易进行投入产出关系的评估与概算。为此,一要健全生态资源市场机制,二要建立健全自然资源产权体系。 Eco-products can be divided into three categories:material products,regulatory services and cultural services.The market value of a material product can be evaluated by the function of its income price and quantity.Regulating service products and cultural products often lacks market prices,and their value can be determined by the fees people pay for specific services,that is,from the relevant actual purchases.The realization of ecological product value needs government-led,enterprises and all sectors of society to participate,market-oriented operation,and sustainable path to realize the value of ecological products.In practice,it is easier to evaluate and estimate the relationship between input and output by using ecological products as promoters of a certain economic type or as value-added agents.Therefore,it should improve the market mechanism of ecological resources and the property right system of natural resources.
