摘要
本文通过实验研究了球体开孔泡沫铝的准静态压缩性能。实验过程中发现球体开孔泡沫铝变形具有明显的“三段性”特征,即弹性阶段、屈服阶段和密实阶段。针对不同厚度的球体开孔泡沫铝板研究了尺寸效应对其屈服强度的影响。根据泡沫铝的经验型本构关系,给出了不同厚度下球体开孔泡沫铝的经验本构方程,并与实验结果对比。结果表明,所得到的经验型本构方程具有很好的适用性,为球体开孔泡沫铝的应用提供了实验依据。
In this paper,the quasi-static compression performance of spherical open-cell aluminum foam was studied experimentally.During the experiment,it is found that the deformation of spherical open-cell aluminum foam presents obvious“three-stage”characteristics,namely elastic stage,yield stage and compactness stage・The influence of size effect on yield strength of spherical open-cell aluminum foams with different thicknesses was investigated.According to empirical constitutive relation of aluminum foam,the empirical constitutive equation of spherical open-cell aluminum foam with different thickness was obtained,and its results were compared with experimental ones.Results show that this empirical constitutive equation has good applicability,which may provide experimental evidence for the application of spherical open-cell aluminum foam.
