黄河下游渠村引黄涵闸引水能力变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用高村水文站1969~2015年实测水文系列资料,分析高村水文断面典型年来水情况和供水保证程度;采用2002~2015年高村水文站含沙量资料,分析黄河含沙量及黄河实行调水调沙以来渠村闸高含沙量期间引水情况;根据渠村闸闸前水位-流量关系和闸前水位-引水流量关系,计算渠村闸的引水能力及过程。结果表明,错开来水偏枯的1、2月,黄河来水量一般可得到保证;调水调沙期间及后期7、8月,短期会出现高含沙量情况,需注意规避;2020规划水平年P=50%来水频率下,渠村闸引水流量为14.7×10^8 m^3,平均可引水流量为46.97m^3/s,不足设计引水能力1/2;实施闸前和引水渠道清淤及相机引水等,保障灌区用水需求。 Based on the measured hydrological data of Gaocun Hydrological Station from 1969 to 2015,the water situation and water supply guarantee degree in the typical years of hydrological section were analyzed.Based on the sediment concentration data of Gaocun Hydrological Station from 2002 to 2015,the sediment concentration of the Yellow River and the diversion situation of Qucun sluice during the period of high sediment concentration since the implementation of water and sediment regulation in the Yellow River were analyzed.The diversion capacity and process of Qucun sluice were calculated according to the water level-discharge relationship in front of Qucun sluice and the water level-diversion flow relationship in front of the sluice.The results show that the inflow of the Yellow River can be guaranteed in January and February when the water inflow is staggered to be dry.During the period of water and sediment diversion and in July and August of the later period,there will be a short-term situation of high sediment concentration,which should be avoided.In water inflow frequency P=50% at 2020 planning level year,water diversion flow of the channel and village sluice is 1.47 billion m^3 with an average diversion flow of 46.97 m^3/s,and it is insufficient for the designed diversion capacity.Implementing silt removal before sluice and diversion channel and camera diversion can ensure water demand in the irrigation area.
