摘要
中国人民大学教学科研楼和集体宿舍楼工程施工中,应用BIM技术的管线综合平衡技术,实施管线碰撞检查、管线综合调整和优化、综合支吊架、预制构件加工,确定安装流程,实现了管线综合优化和施工方案双优化及管线综合深化设计、预制构件加工和安装一体化,达到了降低成本增加效益的目标,为工程项目管理提供了一种全新项目协同技术管理模式。
During construction of the teaching and scientific research building and dormitory building in Renmin University of China,BIM-based general pipeline balance technique was used to carry out pipeline collision inspection,general pipeline adjustment and optimization,general supporting and supported bracket and prefabricated element processing,and to determine the installation flow.This technique realized both general pipeline optimization and construction scheme optimization,as well as integration of general in-depth pipeline design,prefabricated element processing and installation,and reached the objectives of reducing construction cost and increasing benefits.It provided a brand-new coordinative technical management mode for engineering project management.
