摘要
针对逆作法桩筏基础应用中的问题,以充分利用天然地基承载力为前提,提出逆作法桩筏基础设计的新方法并系统分析其可行性、适用性、安全性及实现方法。结合南京某厂宿舍楼工程,介绍设计方法和应用效果。沉降观测表明基础设计方案合理可行,可以保证建筑物的安全工作。
A gainst the problem in application of reversed pile raft foundation,take the full advantage of natural foundation bearing capacity as the goal,a new design method was established,and its feasibility,applicability,safety and other aspects of implementation was analyzed systematic.Then the new method was used to one project of factory dormitory in Nanjing,the design method of reversed piled raft foundation was proposed minutely,and the application effect was analyzed,the settlement observation show that basic design is reasonable and feasible,which could guarantee the security of the whole building work.
