摘要
浦口津浦铁路民国别墅群是津浦铁路浦口站旧址的重要组成部分,既是具有重要历史、艺术、科学价值的文物建筑,又是研究民国“英式”砖木建筑的重要案例。加固修缮工程设计中讨论了由居住功能转变为公共功能的砖木类文物建筑加固修缮设计中应考虑检测鉴定、基础加固、墙体加固和清水砖墙修复、楼面加固修缮、屋面加固修缮等关键问题,采用了一些有效的解决办法。
The villas in Pukou Station of the former Jinpu road built in the Republic of China are not only the cultural heritages with important historical,artistic and scientific value,but also are the important cases to study the residential buildings,built the republic of China with the English style.Based on strengthening and repair project of the villas in Pukou Station of the former Jinpu road,some key questions in the strengthening and repair design of this type of building which function is from residential use to public use are roundly discussed,including the methods of testing and appraisement,the foundation strengthening methods,the brick wall strengthening methods,the restoration methods of plain brick wall,the floor strengthening methods,and the roof strengthening methods,etc.Some effective methods are introduced to solve these problems.
