造粒机钢带裂纹的影响因素分析

摘要 重点论述了钢带式造粒机运行过程中会导致钢带产生裂纹的影响因素。根据现场钢带发生裂纹的实际状况,分析了裂纹的产生机理,可使广大钢带式造粒机用户正确使用造粒机专用钢带,降低造粒机钢带发生裂纹故障的可能。造粒机使用方应精心维护好造粒机钢带,延长钢带使用寿命。 The factors affecting the cracks in the steel strip during the operation of the steel strip pelletizer were mainly discussed. According to the actual situation of cracks on the steel strip on site, the crack generation mechanism was analyzed, which enables the users of the majority of steel strip pelletizer to correctly use the special steel strip of the pelletizer to reduce the possibility of cracking. The user of the pelletizer shall carefully maintain the steel strip of the pelletizer and extend the service life of the steel strip.
