原发灶不明的颈部淋巴结转移癌(metastatic cervical carcinoma from an unknown primary,MCCUP)是原发灶不明癌中一组肿瘤转移到颈部淋巴结的恶性肿瘤,是指临床上经过仔细询问病史、详细查体以及一系列可行的内镜、超声、CT、MRI、PET-CT、可疑组织活检等检查后,依然未找到肿瘤原发部位的颈部淋巴结转移癌。MCCUP从有文献报告至今已有100多年的历史[1],尽管医学理论及医学技术已有巨大的发展,其发病机制仍不清楚,临床诊治依然有诸多挑战。

Metastatic cervical carcinomas from unknown primary(MCCUP) are a group of metastatic carcinomas of cervical lymph nodes which could not be managed to find their origins. The diagnosis of MCCUP includes pathological diagnosis of metastatic cervical carcinomas, search of the primary cancer, the stage of(T0) NM. For unknown primary, there are some uncertainties of treatment on MCCUP. The methods of diagnosis and treatment on MCCUP should be renewed with the development of clinical medicine.
