摘要
目的探讨乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)-A和LDH-B在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Maxvision法检测LDH-A和LDH-B蛋白分别在88例皮肤鳞状细胞癌、40例正常皮肤组织中的表达情况。结果LDH-A和LDH-B在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中呈阳性表达,且均明显高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在低分化皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中LDH-A阳性表达更高,而LDH-B的阳性表达更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LDH-A和LDH-B参与肿瘤细胞代谢过程,其表达与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的分化程度相关,可能成为肿瘤研究的新思路。
Objective To detect the expression of LDH-A and LDH-B in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC)and investigate their significance.Methods The expression levels of LDH-A and LDH-B protein in 88 cases of CSCC and 40 cases of normal skin were detected with immunohistochemical Maxvision method.Results The positive expression rates of LDH-A and LDH-B in CSCC were significantly higher than those in normal skin(P<0.05).LDH-A expression level was higher in poorly differentiated CSCC than the well-differentiated cases,while by contrast,LDH-B expression was lower in poorly differentiated CSCC(P<0.05).Conclusion LDH-A and LDH-B are involved in the energy metabolism of tumor cells,and their expression is related to the differentiation degree of CSCC,which may become the targets in cancer research.
