摘要
以分析山东省小型农田水利工程建设中存在的主要问题为出发点,提出针对建设资金筹集、合理规划工程布局和完善工程建管体制为主要内容的应对策略.
Based on the analysis of main problems existing in construction of small-scale farmland water conservancy projects in Shandong,some countermeasures for raising construction funds,rationally planning layout of projects,and perfecting construction and management system of projects were put forward.
