摘要
食品安全应以食品安全科普教育为先.分析了陕西省高校食品安全科普现状,以杨凌职业技术学院为例,指出了食品安全科普活动的实际问题、解决方法以及取得的成绩.食品类高校在开展食品安全科普活动中具备人才优势和专业优势,可成立专门的食品安全科普工作小组,利用校内外优质的数字化资源,适时适度开放学校实验室及基地,充分互动交流,强化食品安全科普效果.
Food safety should be based on food safety science popularization education. Current situation of science popularization of food safety in colleges and universities of Shaanxi province was analyzed. The practical problems,solutions and achievements were introduced taking Yangling Vocational & Technical College as an example. Food universities have talents and professional advantages in carrying out food safety science popularization. The special food safety science working groups can be founded to use high-quality digital resources inside and outside the school. School laboratories and bases can be opened in a timely and appropriate manner to achieve fully interactive results.
