双腕离断再植成功1例

A case of double wrist mutilation injury and survival replantation

1病例报告患者,男,51岁,主因机器割伤致双腕离断并左足出血1.5 h急诊入院(图1~2)。查体:左手自腕部完全离断,断端不齐,骨外露,创面污染重;右手自前臂远端离断,仅少许皮肤软组织相连,创缘不齐,挫伤污染重,离断肢体苍白,无血运,左足内侧见约8 cm伤口,创缘不齐,挫伤污染重,出血活跃,感觉及运动查体不配合,X线见图3~4。

According to the literature reports,the replantation of amputated limbs has been carried out for more than 50 years,and the technology has become increasingly mature.On the premise of saving the lives of the wounded,the emergency department should restore the sensory and motor functions of the limbs,which has become the current standard for evaluating such operations.This paper reports a case of bilateral wrist amputation combined with open lower extremity injuries.After emergency replantation,bilateral limbs survived and hand function reconstruction was performed later.The patients were followed up for 12 months after operation,and the function of injured limbs recovered satisfactorily.
