摘要
以南海油田采出水为腐蚀介质,通过静态挂片法和电化学的方法测定几种缓蚀剂的腐蚀速率,用金相显微镜观察其腐蚀形貌。采用Turbiscan Lab多重光稳定性分析仪测定缓蚀剂的乳化倾向。结果表明:4种缓蚀剂加量为30 mg/L时,对N80钢片腐蚀速率均低于0.076 mm/a,均属于抑制阳极型缓蚀剂,电化学结果与静态腐蚀数值相符。透射光谱和TSI指数曲线显示缓蚀剂现场缓蚀剂XCHSH乳化倾向最强,缓蚀剂WLC-02和缓蚀剂XFF次之,缓蚀剂WLC-01乳化倾向最弱。
The corrosion rate of several corrosion inhibitors was determined by static weight loss method and electrochemical method with the produced water from South China Sea Oilfield as the corrosive medium,the corrosion appearance was examined with metallurgical microscope,and the emulsification tendency of corrosion inhibitors was determined with Turbiscan Lab multiple light stability analyzer.The results of study have shown that the corrosion rate of N80 sheet steel is less than 0.076 mm/a when 30 mg/L of each of 4 anodic corrosion inhibitors is added and that the results obtained with electrochemical method are consistent with the values of static corrosion rate.Transmitted spectra and TSI index curves have indicated that the emulsification tendency of corrosion inhibitor XCHSH is the strongest with the emulsification tendency of corrosion inhibitor WLC-02 and corrosion inhibitor being the next and the weakest respectively at application site.
