摘要
采用棒状薄层色谱法(TLC-FID)测定催化裂化油浆族组成,通过对棒状薄层色谱展开剂、点样量以及展开高度的选择,确定了TLC-FID分析催化裂化油浆族组成的方法。考察了该方法的精密度,相对标准偏差小于5%;以经典柱色谱法为基准,考察了该方法的准确度,相对误差小于4%,能满足对催化裂化油浆的族组成的分析要求。棒状薄层色谱法所用试样和溶剂量较小,检测快速精准。
Rod thin layer chromatography technique(TLC-FID)was used to determine the group composition of FCC slurry,and the method for analyzing the group composition of FCC slurry with TLC-FID technique was identified by selecting the developer for rod thin layer chromatogram,number of spot samples,and the height of developing of rod thin layer chromatogram.It was found that the relative standard deviation of this method is less than 5%by studying the precision of the method and that the relative error of this method is less than 4%by studying the the accuracy of the method with the result obtained by classical column chromatography as the benchmark.TLC-FID technique can meet the requirement for analyzing the group composition of FCC slurry,both the number of samples and solvent amount used are small,and the detection is quick and accurate.
