水性环氧树脂改性水泥基材料的研究进展

近年来,无毒环保的水性环氧树脂在改性水泥基材料中的应用逐渐增多。环氧树脂水泥基复合材料呈现出很多优于水泥基材料的性能,它具有很好的延展性和韧性,可单独使用也可以和水泥基材料结合使用。被修饰过后的水泥基材料具有力学强度高、流动性能好、抗渗透性好、抗冻抗融能力强、耐腐蚀性强、胶凝后不易收缩变形等优点,因此在建筑行业得到了广泛的应用。全面介绍了水性环氧树脂用于改性水泥基材料的国内外研究现状,分析了其特点及发展方向。

Nontoxic and environment friendly waterborne epoxy resin has ever increasingly been used in modified cement-based materials.The epoxy resin cement-based composite material is better than cementbased material in many properties,and it has good ductility and tenacity and can be used independently or after being combined with cement-based material.The modified cement-based material has high mechanical strength,good flow property and anti-permeability property,high freeze proof and anti-melting properties,high corrosion resistance property,and the property of being not easy to be contracted or distorted,etc.,and therefore it has been widely used in building industry.The domestic and foreign research of the application of waterborne epoxy resin in modified cement-based materials is introduced,and the characteristics of waterborne epoxy resin modified cement-based materials as well as their development direction are analyzed.
