摘要
在科技工作中我们要学会利用有限的资源和条件寻求突破创新,一是要解决成本问题,二又要保证结果的准确可靠性。液质联用仪以其昂贵的价格令普通检测机构和一般企业望而却步,为此我们研究出一种针对高效液相色谱-气质联用仪的新方法,用于排查绝大部分近年高频非法添加的农药。
In scientific and technological work,we should learn how to use limited resources under given conditions to seek breakthrough and innovations. Firstly, the problem of cost should be solved,and then the accuracy and reliability of the results should be ensured. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS) is not affordable for common test facilities and enterprises due to its high price. Therefore,we have developed a new high performance liquid chromatography-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( HPLC-GC-MS) method to detect most of the illegally added pesticides in recent years.
