系列嵌段聚醚在高浓度可分散油悬浮剂的应用

摘要 探讨了以丙二醇为起始剂的系列嵌段聚醚(L61、L62、L63、L64、L65)其EO/PO比例的不同对其分子面积(Acmc)、临界胶束浓度(cmc)、胶束生成自由能(△Gm)、亲水亲油平衡(HLB)与表面张力(γcmc)值等表面性能的影响;同时研究EO/PO比例的不同对35%烟嘧磺隆·硝磺草酮·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂流变性能的影响。结果发现,L61∽L65的cmc、△Gm及Acmc值均随PEO链段的增长呈现先增大后降低的趋势(L64值最高)。运用到35%烟硝莠可分散油悬浮剂中的L64可明显降低其黏度,以L64制备的35%烟硝莠可分散油悬浮剂触变性与黏度最适宜,结构的回复率最优,可作为评价可分散油悬浮剂体系流变学性能稳定性指标。 The effects of the EO/PO ratios of block polyethers( L61,L62,L63,L64,L65)with propylene glycol as initiators on their molecular area( Acmc),critical micelle concentration( cmc),free energy( △Gm),hydrophilic-lipophilic balance( HLB) and surface tension( γcmc)were discussed. And the effect of EO/PO ratio on Nicosulfuron · Mesotrione · Atrazine 35% OD was studied. The results showed that the cmc,△Gm and Acmcvalues of L61∽L65 increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of PEO segment( the highest value of L64). The L64 used in Nicosulfuron · Mesotrione · Atrazine 35% OD can significantly reduce the viscosity. Nicosulfuron · Mesotrione · Atrazine 35% OD prepared by L64 could provide the most appropriate thixotropy and viscosity,and the optimal structural recovery rate,which could be used as an indicator to evaluate the stability of rheological properties of OD system.
