摘要
从贵州省安龙县辣椒炭疽病发病地块采集健康辣椒根际土壤,通过平板对峙法获得具有明显拮抗辣椒炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum capsici)的1株芽孢杆菌,通过形态学和生理生化特征观察,并结合16S rDNA、gyrA基因序列分析结果构建系统发育树。结果表明:该菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)。该菌株可产生蛋白酶、纤维素酶、嗜铁素和磷酸酯酶等生防相关酶,对高粱叶斑病菌(Alternaria alternata)、烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora nicotianae)、石榴干腐病菌(Phomopsis sp.)、油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)等5种重要植物病原真菌也有很强的抑菌活性,可作为生防制剂进一步研究开发。
One strain with significant antagonistic effect against Colletotrichum capsici was obtained by plate-pairing method from the soil samples of healthy pepper rhizosphere in high incidence of pepper anthracnose fields in Zunyi area of Guizhou province.The results showed that the strain was finally identified as Bacillus velezensis by morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,a phylogenetic tree was built combined with 16 S rDNA, gyrA gene sequence analysis results.The strain could produce biocontrol-related enzymes such as protease,cellulase,siderophore and phosphatase.It also had strong antifungal activity against 5 important plant pathogenic fungus such as Alternaria alternata, Phytophthora nicotianae,Phomopsis sp.,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Magnaporthe oryzae.This strain could be further studied and developed as biocontrol agents.
