摘要
以蒜香藤的带芽茎段为插条,采用3因素3水平正交实验设计,研究了IBA浓度、留叶数以及基质对蒜香藤扦插成活的影响,以期为优化蒜香藤的扦插繁殖技术提供基础。结果表明:IBA浓度对生根指标和抽芽指标均无显著差异。留叶数仅对抽2芽占比存在显著差异,而对生根率、根数、根长、抽芽率、抽1芽占比无显著差异。基质除对根长无显著性差异外,对生根率、根数、抽芽率、抽1芽占比、抽2芽占比均存在显著差异。蒜香藤扦插的最优处理是100 mg·L-1 IBA速蘸,插穗保留2片叶,以黄土为扦插基质。
The effects of IBA concentration,number of remained leaflet and stromata on the survival of Pseudocalymma alliaceum were studied by orthogonal design of three factors and three levels with budding stems as cuttings,in order to provide a basis for optimizing the cuttage propagation technology of Pseudocalymma alliaceum.The results showed that IBA concentration had no significant difference in rooting and sprouting indexes.The number of remained leaflet only had significant difference in the proportion of two buds,but had no significant difference in rooting rate,root number,root length,sprouting rate and proportion of one bud.Except for no significant difference in root length,stromata had significant differences in rooting rate,root number,sprouting rate,proportion of one bud and proportion of two buds.The optimum treatments for cutting of Pseudocalymma alliaceum were to dip in IBA at 100 mg·L-1,retain 2 leaves and use loess as cutting stromata.
