摘要
以芡实壳粉碎料为试验材料,采用不同比例的芡实壳为主要原料配制6个培养基配方,研究了不同配方对平菇和秀珍菇菌丝体子实体生长、生物学转化率及产量的影响,以期筛选以芡实壳为原料适合平菇与秀珍菇栽培的培养基质配方。结果表明:2种蘑菇均能在以芡实壳为主要原料的培养基中生长并形成子实体,平菇和秀珍菇的生物学转化率分别达到132.2%和97.3%,而相同蘑菇不同配方的生物学转化率有差别。综合分析,选择芡实壳粉碎料30%(配方3)和芡实壳粉碎料45%(配方4)分别作为栽培平菇和秀珍菇的新型基质配方。
Using foxnut shells as materials,cultivation formulas for Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus pulmonarius were screened to provide references for the realization of foxnut shells resources.Using the routine formula as the control,six formulas of waste of Euryale ferox were designed at different ratios.The effects of different formulas of culture medium on P.ostreatus and P.pulmonarius mycelium growth,biological efficiency and morphological characteristics of fruiting body were researched.The results showed that two kinds of the mushroom could grow and form fruiting body in these formulas,biological efficiency was 132.2% and 97.3%,separately.The optimum formulas of P.ostreatus was 30% foxnut shells,and the optimum formulas of P.pulmonarius was 45% foxnut shells.
