浙江文化“走出去”源流及新时期对外传播路径剖析

On the Origin of Zhejiang Culture Going Global and International Communication Paths in the New Era

浙江作为中国古代文明的发祥地之一,充满浓郁的人文气息,享有"文化之邦"的盛名。在当下"一带一路"倡议和中国文化走出去的时代背景下,有必要从全球视野出发,重视审视浙江文化,挖掘其核心价值以助力浙江文化焕发出更大的活力,参与新时期的国际对话。通过分析浙江文化的开放传统及其自信底蕴,认为实现浙江文化"走出去",要利用文化资源禀赋,打造特色文化精品;发挥人力资源优势、建设传播人才队伍;融合优质媒介平台,拓展对外传播渠道,最终达成讲好浙江故事、传播浙江声音、为世界文明贡献"浙江智慧"的时代使命。

As one of the birthplaces of the ancient Chinese civilization,Zhejiang,filled with a rich atmosphere of humanism,enjoys a reputation as a"state of culture".Taking into consideration the current background of"Belt and Road"Initiative and the fact that Chinese culture goes global,it is necessary to review the culture of Zhejiang from a global perspective and re-examine its outstanding values.By analyzing the tradition of opening-up and typical representatives of Zhejiang culture,this paper holds that to promote the international development of Zhejiang culture,we must make good use of Zhejiang’s rich resources in culture,talents and media,create distinctive Zhejiang cultural brands,cultivate talents for international communication,and broaden the communication channels of Zhejiang culture,thus fulfilling the mission of telling the story of Zhejiang,spreading its voice,and contributing"Zhejiang wisdom"to the world civilization.
