我国温泉旅游的发展路径

The Path of the Development of Hot Spring Tourism in China

基于当前社会矛盾的转化,国家进一步加强了对自然资源开发利用的监管,以强化对环境保护和经济发展的统筹兼顾;又因政府对房地产市场的宏观调控及其他市场经济因素,大量资金涌入温泉旅游行业,传统的大型温泉旅游企业逐渐突破温泉地域限制向外发展,其他各类企业也纷纷投资于温泉旅游领域,导致温泉旅游的投资规模越来越大,温泉旅游的行业竞争也越来越强。随着温泉行业协会等组织的逐步建立和完善,温泉旅游的行业管理也渐趋规范,但总体而言仍然存在着诸多问题,如温泉立法缺位、文化内涵缺失、环保意识不够等等。为此,尽快出台温泉法、大力挖掘已有的文化内涵,是促进我国温泉旅游产业健康快速发展的必然趋势。

Based on the transformation of the current social contradictions,the state has further strengthened the supervision of the exploitation and utilization of natural resources in order to foster the overall balance between environmental protection and economic development.Due to the government’s macro-control on the real estate market and other market economic factors,a large amount of funds has poured into the hot spring tourism industry.Traditional large-scale hot spring tourism enterprises have gradually broken through the limitations of hot spring area to develop outwards,other types of enterprises have also invested in the field of hot spring tourism,resulting in that the scale of hot spring tourism investment is growing.Thus,hot spring tourism industry competition is becoming stronger and stronger.With the gradual establishment and improvement of the hot spring industry association,the industry management of hot spring tourism is becoming more and more standardized.However,there are generally still many problems,such as lack of hot spring legislation,cultural connotation,and environmental awareness.To this end,the introduction of the hot spring law as soon as possible,and vigorous excavation of the existing cultural connotation is an inevitable trend to promote the healthy and rapid development of hot spring tourism industry in China.
