镇江高职教育协同创新办学与校企合作现状调查

Investigation on Present Development on Collaborative Innovation School-running and School-enterprise Cooperation of Higher Vocational Education in Zhenjiang

通过对镇江地区4所高职院校及其合作企业的调查发现,镇江高职教育协同创新办学过程中,存在协同创新对象数量有限、创新成果不多、转化率较低、总体效果欠佳以及对学生职业能力培养的促进作用有限等问题,企业和社会对高职院校开展协同育人的积极性不高。镇江地区要努力实现高职院校专业规划与地区经济发展的对接;促进校企双方在协同创新与育人的过程中互惠互利、实现共赢;加快推进高等职业教育集团化发展,以更好地在整个社会实现高等职业院校与企业之间实现资源优化配置;促进校企双方共同推动课程体系的构建与完善,建立起灵活性、实用性和针对性更强的课程体系。

The investigation on four higher vocational colleges in Zhenjiang of Jiangsu Province and their cooperative enterprises was carried out, and it is found that in the process of collaborative innovation school-running of Zhenjiang higher vocational education, there are some problems, such as limited number of collaborative innovation objects, few innovation achievements, low conversion rate, poor overall effect and limited promotion effect on the cultivation of students’ professional ability. The enthusiasm of enterprises and society to carry out collaborative education with higher vocational colleges is not high. Zhenjiang District should strive to realize the connection between the specialties planning of higher vocational colleges and the regional economic development;to promote the mutual benefit and win-win of colleges and enterprises in the process of collaborative innovation and education;to accelerate the collectivization development of higher vocational education to better realize the optimal allocation of resources between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the whole society;to promote both schools and enterprises to jointly promote the construction and improvement of curriculum system to establish a more flexible, practical and targeted curriculum system.
