SonicFill超声树脂修复楔状缺损的临床研究

Clinical study on SonicFill ultrasonic resin for repairing wedge-shaped defects

目的:探讨Sonic Fill超声树脂充填修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊收治的颈部楔状缺损患者60例共168颗牙为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例;治疗组患牙72颗,对照组患牙96颗。治疗组采用Sonic Fill超声树脂充填,对照组采用3M Filtek^TM Z350 XT通用纳米树脂充填。6个月、1年及2年后评价比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组在6个月和1年的充填体完整性、边缘着色、继发龋、术后敏感以及合计成功率方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2年复查时,充填体完整性、边缘着色、继发龋和术后敏感方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),合计成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Sonic Fill超声树脂对楔状缺损的充填效果能够达到甚至优于纳米树脂的充填水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of SonicFill ultrasonic resin in repairing wedge-shaped defect.Methods:A total of 168 teeth from 60 patients with wedge-shaped cervical defect admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases each,with 72 affected teeth in the treatment group and 96 affected teeth in the control group.SonicFill was used in the treatment group and 3 M Filtek^TM Z350 XT was used in the control group.Six months,one year and two years later,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:There were no statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the following evaluation indexes:filling integrity,edge staining,secondary caries,postoperative sensitivity and the combined success rate at 6 months and 1 year respectively(P>0.05).At the two-year review,there were no statistically significant differences in the four evaluation indexes of filling integrity,edge staining,secondary caries and postoperative sensitivityrespectively(P>0.05),and the difference in the combined success rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The filling effect of SonicFill ultrasonic resin on wedge-shaped defect can reach or even better than that of nano-resin.
