摘要
介绍了一种用来施工锚杆可变径钻孔的钻头的原理及结构,给出了具体的设计思路,说明了钻头的特点和工作流程,并通过理论分析给出了扩孔时侧向刀具的受力公式,分析了影响钻头受力大小的因素,为今后设计变径钻头提供思路与理论指导。
The principle and structure of a drill bit for variable diameter drilling of anchor rods were introduced. The specific design ideas were given. The characteristics and working flow of the drill bit were explained. The formula of reaming lateral tool force were given through theoretical analysis.Analyzed the factors affecting the force of the drill bit and provided ideas and theoretical guidance for designing the variable diameter drill bit in the future.
