摘要
针对煤矿井下自动钻机用主动钻杆联接螺纹磨损快、使用周期短的问题,对主动钻杆接扣过程进行分析,发现主动钻杆与被接钻杆间是硬性固定,接扣时在轴线方向没有活动余量,当动力头旋转速度与推进速度不匹配时,就会导致螺纹产生磨损。通过对主动钻杆螺纹部分热处理工艺的优化,提高了螺纹的表面硬度及耐磨性;通过对动力头旋转与推进管路进行改进,用增加旋转及推进溢流的方式减少硬接扣情况的发生。现场应用表明,改进后主动钻杆使用周期延长8倍,可靠性明显提高。
Aiming at the problems of fast wear and short service period of the connecting threads of active drill pipes used in underground automatic drilling rig in coal mine,the connecting process of active drill pipe was analyzed.It is found that the connecting process between active drill pipes and the connecting drill pipes is rigidly fixed,and that there is no movement allowance in the axis direction when connecting,which leads to thread wear when the rotating speed of power head does not match the driving speed.By optimizing the heat treatment process of the threads of the active drill pipe,the wear resistance of the threads is improved,and by improving the power head rotation and propulsion pipeline,the ways of rotating and pushing overflow are increased to reduce the occurrence of hard connection.Field application shows that the service life of active drill pipe is prolonged by 8 times and the reliability is improved obviously.
