摘要
针对目前对旋轴流风机工作时存在的流场紊乱、涡流噪声、风扇振动现象,对后级叶轮叶片进行穿孔设计,建立叶片穿孔前、后的对旋风机三维模型。在FLUENT软件中利用RNGκ-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法对风机内部流场进行数值仿真模拟,分析不同穿孔孔径下,风机叶片表面的压力分布以及涡量分布。
Aiming at the flow field disorder, vortex noise and fan vibration phenomenon that existing in the operation of the counter-rotating axial fan, punched holes in after stage blades of fan, a three-dimensional mode of counter-rotating fan before and after punched holes in blades were established.The RNG κ-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm were used to simulate the internal flow field of the fan numerically in FLUENT, analysis the pressure distribution and vorticity distribution on the fan blade surface under different hole diameter.
