摘要
以某型矿用车辆变速箱输入轴为研究对象,考虑在轴承的支撑刚度的影响下各挡位齿轮啮合力作用下的强度,重点关注润滑油孔及各轴肩倒圆角处的应力大小。通过合理简化输入轴模型,考虑各挡位齿轮啮合力作用的情况,对输入轴进行强度分析,最后得出轴润滑油孔及各轴肩倒圆角处的应力情况,为此类轴强度分析流程的建立提供参考。
Taking the input shaft of a mine vehicle gearbox as the research object,considering the strength under the meshing force of each gear under the influence of bearing support stiffness, the stress of the lubricating oil hole and the chamfered corner of each shoulder was emphasized. Strength analysis of the input shaft under the force of gear meshing with each gear by simplifying the model.Obtaining the stress situation of the lubricating oil hole and the fillets on the shaft shoulder. It provides a reference for the establishment of strength analysis process for such shaft.
