摘要
利用HyperMesh把全齿切割出一个三齿,并进行网格的精细划分。通过有限元软件ABAQUS进行加载分析,利用其强大的后处理功能求出齿轮啮合的接触力以及综合弹性变形,进而根据得出的数7据拟合出齿轮的啮合刚度。
Uses HyperMesh to cut a full tooth into a three-tooth and fine-grain the mesh. The loading analysis is carried out by the finite element software ABAQUS,and the powerful post-processing function is used to find the contact force of the gear meshing and the comprehensive elastic deformation,and then the meshing stiffness of the gear is fitted according to the obtained data.
