摘要
易氧化难浮煤泥采用常规的浮选药剂,浮选精煤产率低,灰分高,严重影响企业经济效益。为了提高浮选效果,开展了TWEEN80、SPAN80、OP-4三种表面活性剂对浮选效果影响的试验研究,研究结果表明:在常规浮选药剂制度下,采用TWEEN80表面活性剂,药剂用量200 g/t时,精煤产率72.84%,精煤灰分15.22%,可燃体回收率82.36%,浮选完善指标38.05%,浮选效果明显改善。
Conventional flotation reagents are used for easily oxidized and difficult flotation slime. The low yield and high ash content of flotation clean coal seriously affect the economic benefits of enterprises. In order to improve the flotation effect,investigates the influence of TWEEN80,SPAN80 and OP-4 surfactants on the flotation effect. The results show that under the conventional flotation reagent system,when TWEEN80 surfactant is used and the dosage of reagent is 200 g/t, the yield of clean coal is 72.84%,the clean coal ash is 15.22%,the recovery of combustible matter is 82.36%,the perfrct index flotation is 38.05%. The flotation effect is obviously improved.
