摘要
针对煤矿水液压支架安全阀阀芯的润滑问题,建立复合织构几何模型,通过FLUENT进行仿真计算,分析不同排列顺序、不同深度、不同面积率的复合织构对动压润滑承载力的影响,研究复合织构对阀芯润滑特性的影响规律。
Aiming at the lubrication problem of the safety valve core of the coal mine water hydraulic support,a composite texture geometric model was established. Through FLUENT,the simulation calculation was carried out to analyze the influence of the composite texture with different arrangement order,different depth and different area rate on the bearing capacity of dynamic pressure lubrication,and to study the influence rule of the composite texture on the lubrication characteristics of the valve core.
