摘要
针对钻机油箱结构,结合实际应用对设计中的不足进行了分析,提出了优化改进设计。通过样机的应用和实验证明了新油箱更能有效地降低油液的污染速度与等级,对提高钻机液压系统的可靠性与稳定性具有重要意义。
Aiming at the structure of the oil tank of drilling rig, the shortcomings in the design were analyzed in combination with the practical application. Optimized and improved design was put forward.The application and experiment of the prototype prove that the new tank can effectively reduce the speed and grade of oil contamination,which is of great significance to improve the reliability and stability of the drilling rig hydraulic system.
