摘要
某矿回采巷道顶板存在一组黄泥夹层,巷道在打设锚杆时,采用普通旋转切削破岩方式的锚杆钻机,容易卡钻,钻头到达黄泥夹层处时排粉困难,钻进速度慢,难以满足生产需要。为此通过分析锚杆钻机破岩原理及性能,选择了一种新型冲击旋转式锚杆钻机,并进行现场应用。结果表明,采用新型锚杆钻机,缩短了锚杆打设时间,钻孔效率显著提高,可以满足正常生产需要。
There is a group of yellow mud interlayer on the roof of a mining roadway in a mine. When bolts are laid in roadway, the bolt drilling rig with ordinary rotary cutting method is easy to stick and difficult to discharge powder when the bit reaches the yellow mud interlayer, and the drilling speed is slow, so it is difficult to meet the needs of production. Through the analysis of rock breaking principle and performance of bolt drilling rig, a new type of impact rotary bolt drilling rig was selected and applied on site. The results show that the new bolt drilling rig can shorten the setting time of bolt,improve the drilling efficiency and meet the needs of normal production.
