The reducer is a widely used mechanical equipment in industrial production,and its operating state has an important impact on safety and economy. The MATLAB software was used to analyze and process the collected vibration signal of the reducer,and the condition of the reducer equipment was obtained through the spectrum diagram,the axis trajectory,the power spectrum and the failure analysis theory.
