摘要
对矿井通风机结构进行研究并对其工作原理进行分析,采用PLC对矿井通风系统进行控制。确定了基于PLC的矿井通风控制系统的硬件结构,设计了PLC的接线电路以及各个接口对应的输入输出信号。设计了基于PLC的矿井通风控制系统软件的主程序运行流程,并引入基于BP神经网络的PID算法对时间滞后量进行控制。通过仿真实验验证,基于BP神经网络的PID算法的性能相比PID算法,性能更优,没有超调量,反应速度更快。
Studying the structure of the mine ventilator and analyzing its working principle,PLC was used to control the mine ventilation system. The hardware structure of the mine-based ventilation control system based on PLC was determined,and the wiring circuit of PLC and the input and output signals corresponding to each interface were designed. The main program operation flow of PLC-based mine ventilation control system software was designed, and the PID algorithm based on BP neural network was introduced to control the time lag. The simulation results show that the performance of the PID algorithm based on BP neural network is better than that of PID algorithm. There is no overshoot and the reaction speed is faster.
