中西医结合危重病急救医学的开山鼻祖——记王今达教授的开拓创新科学精神

20世纪70年代,以王今达教授为代表的老一辈专家开创了中国中西医结合危重病急救的先河,建立了具有中国特色的中西医结合危重病急救医学学科体系,开展了中西医结合危重病急救的临床及基础科研工作,经过了近40年的不懈努力,全国的学科发展取得了骄人的成绩.王今达教授是我国危重病急救医学学科的奠基人,是中国中西医结合危重病急救医学学科的创始人,他创立的中西医结合危重病急救医学学科体系已被当今医学界广泛应用.他提出的对感染性多脏器衰竭(MOF)施行"菌毒并治"理论,以及对临床危重病患者的救治大多可以归纳为"三证三法"的救治体系,使感染性MOF的病死率从100%下降到50%以下,使我国危重病急救医学达到世界先进水平.重温历史,梳理王今达教授中西医结合危重病急救医学事业的发展脉络,必将对我国中西医结合危重病急救医学事业的持续发展起到促进作用.

In the 1970s,the older generation of experts represented by Professor Wang Jinda pioneered the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in emergency treatment,established the disciplinary system of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine with Chinese characteristics,and carried out the clinical and basic scientific research work of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.After nearly 40 years of unremitting efforts,remarkable achievements have been achieved.Professor Wang Jinda is the founder of critical emergency medicine in China and the founder of integrated traditional Chinese and Western emergency medicine.The system of integrated traditional Chinese and Western emergency medicine established by him has been widely used in the medical field.His theory of treating infectious multiple organ failure(MOF)with bacteria and toxin and the treatment of clinical critical patients can be summed up as the treatment system of"three syndromes and three methods",which can reduce the mortality of infectious MOF from 100%to less than 50%,and make China's emergency medicine reach the world's advanced level.Reviewing the history and untangling the development of Professor Wang Jinda's integrated traditional Chinese and Western emergency medicine will promote the continuous development of integrated Chinese and Western emergency medicine in China.
