田园生产性养老现状与发展模式探析——以环沪地区为例

Analysis on the Current Situation and Development Model of Rural Productive Aging:A Case Study of the Area around Shanghai

基于我国城市养老资源匮乏、乡村生态资源闲置的国情,发展田园生产性养老可有效缓解城市养老压力,并有益于老年人身心健康。在引介生产性养老理念的基础上,以环沪地区为例,实地调研城郊与乡村地区的田园生产性养老现状。结合调研结果,从老人需求和国家政策等角度剖析田园生产性养老的发展潜力,并针对开发形式差异、选址差异、需求差异等提出田园生产性养老的空间建构策略,以期为我国养老模式的完善提供新思路。

The shortage of urban pension resources and the unoccupied of pastoral ecological resources are contradictory in our country.As the reality of the country,the development of rural productive aging model in China can effectively alleviate the pressure of urban pension and improve the physical and mental health of the elderly.Combined with the concept of"Productive Aging"and based on the case study of the area around Shanghai,the current situation of rural productive aging in village and suburb was investigated.This paper analyzes the development potential of rural productive aging model from the perspective of the elderly needs and national policy and so on.At last,this paper put forward the spatial construction strategies for rural productive aging model according to exploitation differences,location differences,demands differences and so on.Meanwhile,this paper provides new ideas to consummate the endowment pattern in our country.
